Hello! I'm Haritha, a Food Technologist with 4 years of industry experience and a Postgraduate in Food Quality and Innovation from the UK. I have a strong academic and professional background in Science (Biology, Chemistry), Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Food Science.

My experience in the food industry has given me practical insight into how scientific concepts are applied in real-world settings, allowing me to make complex topics easier to understand and more relevant for students.

I enjoy helping students build confidence in science by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, logical explanations. Whether you're a primary school student beginning your science journey, preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams, or studying at university, I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where you can ask questions freely and learn at your own pace.

I believe that understanding why something happens is just as important as knowing what happens. My goal is to help students develop strong foundations, improve their academic performance and gain confidence in their abilities.

About the lesson

I offer personalised lessons for Primary, GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate students in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry and Food Science. As a Food Technologist with 4 years of industry experience and a PG in Food Quality and Innovation, I combine practical industry knowledge with a strong scientific foundation.

For primary students, I focus on building curiosity and confidence in science through engaging, age-appropriate lessons that make learning enjoyable and easy to understand.

For GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate students, my teaching approach focuses on developing a deep understanding of concepts rather than memorisation. I explain topics in a simple, structured way using real-world examples, diagrams and exam-focused practice to help students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Every lesson is tailored to the student's learning style, pace and objectives. Whether you need support with schoolwork, exam preparation, assignments or strengthening your understanding of biology and chemistry, I provide clear explanations, practice questions and constructive feedback.
