About Daphny
I gained early teaching experience working in a preschool, where I created lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs and learning style.
I focus on getting to know how my students learn best and adjust my approach to support their growth. I also value feedback and check in regularly so students can share what’s helping them and what they’d like more of. In my HR career, I led training sessions for adults, breaking down complex topics into clear, practical lessons, which strengthened my ability to teach learners of all ages.
