# My Approach to Tutoring
I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, structured practice, and constructive feedback. My lessons are highly interactive, focusing on developing confidence, critical thinking, and strong analytical and writing skills rather than rote learning. As a Cambridge Examiner, I help students understand exactly what examiners look for and how to maximise their marks.
I use authentic past papers, examiner reports, model answers, targeted writing practice, vocabulary development, and personalised feedback to address each student's strengths and areas for improvement. Every lesson is tailored to the student's individual learning style and academic goals.

Lessons are typically **60 to 90 minutes** long, depending on the student's needs and level. Each session includes focused teaching, guided practice, exam-style questions, and detailed feedback to ensure continuous progress.

* **25+ years of teaching experience** in English.
* **Cambridge IGCSE First Language English (FLE) Examiner**.
* Experienced **IB English** tutor.
* **TESOL qualified**.

* Extensive experience preparing students for **Cambridge, OxfordAQA, and Pearson Edexcel** English examinations.
