A typical lesson is an informative in a student-centered way. Students will begin with an introduction or check-in and a review of previous lessons and questions. Following this, I will go over the lesson's goals/objectives. The main portion of the lesson will then occur with an explanation of the new concept, including examples, visual aids. The practice portion of the lesson will include both guided practices, with the student and myself working together, and independent practice. Real world applications will also be applied which will help the student understand the relevance and practical use of the information. A wrap-up, assigning of homework, and setting goals for the next lesson will conclude the lesson.
