As someone who is passionate about teaching, I tend to evaluate myself from time to time to ensure optimum outcome when it comes to teaching performance. My teaching style focuses on the amplification of one's strength to edify areas that need improvement. A lesson usually lasts for an hour or so. Having taught for 9 years plus, I have come across individuals who not only had problems with writing but mostly speaking as well. My lesson varies from individuals to individuals, depending on their academic level and personal needs.
