About Anusha

I’m a recent high school graduate who scored a 7 (A*) in English and achieved an overall 43/45 in the IB. I’m passionate about English and enjoy helping students actually understand how to analyze texts and write strong essays, not just memorize ideas. I focus on building confidence, improving structure, and showing students exactly what examiners are looking for. Having recently gone through the process myself, I know how stressful it can be, so I keep my sessions supportive, clear, and practical. I’m also very resilient and adaptable, and I genuinely enjoy helping students improve and feel more confident in their work.

*I have already tutored 4 kids for English*

About the lesson

My approach goes beyond simply covering the syllabus. I provide my personal notes, proven exam strategies, and targeted support for key components such as the Individual Oral (IO) and Papers 1 and 2. Having recently navigated the IB myself, I understand exactly what examiners look for and how to structure high-scoring responses. My sessions are ideal for students aiming to boost their grades, gain clarity on expectations, and prepare efficiently with practical techniques that deliver results.

I’ve had the chance to learn from Anusha, and I can confidently say she’s an incredible IB Business tutor. She has a very calm and supportive teaching style that made me feel comfortable from the start. Because of that, I never hesitated to ask questions, no matter how small, and she always explained things clearly until I fully understood them.
What really stands out is how she breaks down complex IB Business concepts into simple, easy-to-understand ideas. Honestly, I understood topics much better with her than I ever did in class. Thanks to her guidance, my performance improved significantly, going from a Band 5 to a Band 7.
Her sessions are structured, engaging, and actually make you enjoy the subject. At $40 per hour, she is absolutely worth it for the quality of teaching and the results you get. I’d highly recommend her to any IB student looking to improve their Business grades.
