About Sjef
I have ten years of experience as a first-grade Dutch teacher in senior general secondary and secondary education. I also have four years of experience as an NT2 teacher. Since last year I have also given individual tutoring and I have found that I find it a very beautiful and fruitful challenge to give students more insight into Dutch language skills step by step.

I find it very fun and challenging to help students in a structured way with the different skills of the Dutch course. I am good at learning step by step reading skills, which is very useful for the central Dutch exam and the exams for other languages and subject subjects. In addition, I can help students with writing skills: drafting structured texts with a clear structure and purpose, and I can explain grammar in a clear and understandable way.
