About AMEERUNNISA BEGUM

I am a friendly and patient tutor with an MTech degree in Computer Science and over 5 years of teaching experience. I've worked as an Assistant Professor in computer science background, and it has given me both technical knowledge and teaching skills. I love helping students understand difficult concepts in Computers. When I see that "lightbulb moment" when a student finally understands something they've been struggling with, it's the most rewarding feeling! I believe everyone can learn complex subjects when they're explained in the right way. My approach focuses on breaking down difficult topics into simple, understandable parts. I use real-world examples to make learning more interesting and relevant. I want to teach because I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in their studies. I begin each lesson with a quick recap or diagnostic to assess understanding. I use visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive tools (like quizzes or coding environments, if applicable). I encourage students to solve problems independently with guidance and provide immediate feedback. I incorporate spaced repetition and regular review to improve retention. I promote a growth mindset by celebrating progress, not just accuracy. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though this can be adjusted based on the student's age, attention span, or learning objectives. I hold an MTech in Computer Science & Engineering. I have several years of experience teaching as an Assistant Professor. I am currently volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau, gaining valuable interpersonal and communication skills. My lessons are suited for secondary school to university-level students, adult learners, and professionals looking to upskill. I teach computer science subjects, programming (Python, R, C), data analysis, general IT concepts.
