I have been a coach for the last 5 years, and I take great pride in what I do. I get to help people like you change their lives for the better by achieving their body goals that helps them to grow in confidence, both mentally and physically.

I’ve been training with DW both Online and in-person. I really could not recommend him enough.

I have went to cheap PTs in the past so going for a higher priced PT like DW was daunting at first. However, you can really see the difference in quality and standards practiced.

Definitely worth the investment into yourself. I lost 1st. in the first 8 weeks of training and have come on leaps and bounds since. My body has never looked so good! He managed to help me build a big juicy ass too!
