About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber Rubab, and I am passionate about helping students understand chemistry with confidence.

I believe that chemistry becomes much easier when concepts are explained clearly and connected to practical examples. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation, simplifying difficult topics, and helping students develop problem-solving skills.

I can help students with General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, College Chemistry, and Electrochemistry. Whether you are struggling with fundamental concepts, preparing for an upcoming exam, or looking to improve your overall academic performance, I aim to make learning chemistry engaging, structured, and effective.

My goal is not just to help you memorize formulas and reactions, but to help you understand the concepts behind them so you can apply your knowledge independently.

About the lesson

My chemistry lessons are tailored to each student’s academic level, learning style, and individual goals. I focus on explaining complex concepts step by step, using clear examples and practice questions to strengthen understanding.

Subjects I Teach:

* General Chemistry: Atomic structure, periodic trends, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, chemical reactions, gas laws, solutions, acids and bases, and chemical equilibrium.
* Organic Chemistry: Functional groups, nomenclature, isomerism, reaction mechanisms, hydrocarbons, and important organic reactions.
* College Chemistry: Core chemistry concepts, numerical problems, homework support, exam preparation, and challenging college-level topics.
* Electrochemistry: Oxidation-reduction reactions, electrochemical cells, galvanic and electrolytic cells, electrode potentials, the Nernst equation, and electrolysis.
