About Ariff
Hi! I am Ariff Najmi, a teacher at the International Modern Arabic School in Putrajaya. I am an experienced tutor specializing in Cambridge Primary Mathematics, with four years of teaching experience. My passion is helping young learners build confidence and enjoy math by making complex concepts simple and engaging. I firmly believe that every child has the potential to excel when guided with patience and personalized support. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to the Cambridge Primary Mathematics curriculum. My teaching methodology involves using interactive activities, real-world examples, and practice questions to build a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.
Each lesson is structured to last 60–90 minutes, depending on the student's needs, and includes concept explanations, problem-solving practice, and review. With 4 years of experience teaching Cambridge Primary Mathematics, I work with students from Year 1 to Year 6 to strengthen their skills and boost their confidence, whether they need general support or preparation for the Grade 6 Checkpoint.
