About Radhika
A data analyst by profession, I have a Masters in Development Economics from IHEID, Switzerland and have been tutoring students and professionals in English, Social Studies and Career Development since 2011. My youngest student has been just 7 years old and my eldest one was 35 years old. I have also facilitated career development sessions with almost 1200 young girls in Delhi NCR helping them prepare for jobs and placements. All my students have reported good grades and success from interacting and learning with me. I love to teach and believe in understanding my students challenges and working with them and helping them to overcome their learning problems. Sometimes I am little strict and expect my students to be committed to learning- :)) but otherwise I am patient, keep explaining things and enjoy spending time with people to help them learn, understand and excel.

I base my classes on understanding my students challenges, difficulties and areas of improvement. I work with them to create a schedule that is something they can keep up with and commit to regularly. Apart from teaching that subject matter only to my students, I also try to help them develop skills of self-learning, commitment, discipline and an "I can" attitude! I'm the type of teacher who doesn't count the number of hours I have spent with my students but more on how much they have learnt and what they can take out of every session we have together.
