I take a student-centred approach, tailoring each lesson to the individual’s needs, abilities, and goals. My teaching style is interactive and supportive, combining clear explanations with practical examples and exercises. I use questioning, discussion, and real-world applications to build understanding, while encouraging students to think critically and gain confidence in their learning. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, but I adapt timings to suit the focus—whether exam preparation, coursework support, or long-term skills development. Lessons can be one-off sessions for quick support or part of a structured learning plan. I hold an MA in Diplomacy & International Relations and a BA (Hons) in International Business, alongside over 10 years of experience in education. As a former Learning Mentor, Academic Support Tutor, and UCAS Co-ordinator, I have helped students achieve strong academic results and gain admission to top universities. My lessons are suitable for: Secondary school students (GCSE and A-level) in Business, ICT, Politics and humanities. Sixth form/college students preparing for university applications (UCAS/Oxbridge guidance) Undergraduate students needing academic support, study skills, or mentoring Learners of all ages who want to improve study techniques, confidence, and academic performance My priority is to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel supported, inspired, and able to succeed.
