My style of teaching is engagement and open ended discussion. On a given topic, I like to create a plan that include the basic of the topic and I keep all the students in the discussion loop. If it is a larger group then I prefer making smaller sub groups and have them perform activities related to the topic. Then share the ideas among the groups. And there will be lots of question and answer session. If a student is willing to learn then questions have to come from them. and what I think is, if the basic knowledge part of a topic is strong, then any student can build up more complex topics with little help on that strong base. I like to teach the art of learning, not a chapter or certain number of problems only.
