About Teri
I hold a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Molecular Medicine, and currently work as a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin. Science has been my passion since school, and so has helping others discover theirs.
I am an official UK STEM Ambassador, regularly mentoring students who are considering careers in science, technology, engineering and math. I have hands-on tutoring experience both privately and through MyTutor.co.uk, one of the UK's leading online tutoring platforms, where I have helped students across a range of levels and abilities.
I know first-hand that the conventional way of teaching doesn't work for everyone, I often had to find alternative approaches to understand complex topics myself. That experience makes me a more effective and empathetic tutor. I meet every student where they are, find what clicks for them, and build real confidence from there.

Every session is tailored to your specific syllabus, your exam dates, and where you're currently struggling.
We'll work through past papers, close knowledge gaps, and build the exam technique that actually scores marks. I specialise in making the topics students find hardest: genetics, cell biology, human physiology, molecular biology understandable.
My goal is for you to be able to tackle a question you've never seen before with confidence. Whether you're preparing for your Junior Cert, Leaving Cert, or a college module, you'll leave our first session with a clear study plan and a realistic roadmap to where you want to be
