About Lin R
Hello! I'm Lin, a Science graduate specialising in Cardiology, with a passion for helping students learn in a way that is simple, engaging, and enjoyable. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match their pace, goals, and level of understanding.
Alongside teaching, I work in healthcare, where patience, empathy, and clear communication are part of my everyday life. This experience has taught me how to explain complex concepts in a calm and understandable way while creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
I teach Science and Biology to learners of all ages, whether they need help with schoolwork, exam preparation, or strengthening their basic concepts. My lessons focus on making difficult topics easier to understand through real-life examples, interactive discussions, and practical explanations rather than just memorising facts.
My goal is to help students gain confidence, improve their understanding, and develop a genuine interest in learning. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student go from saying, "I don't understand this," to "That finally makes sense!" I look forward to supporting you on your learning journey.

I offer Science and Biology tutoring for students of all ages and levels, including school, GCSE, A-Level, University students (Anatomy, pathophysiology, physiology, cardiology).
My teaching approach is friendly, interactive, and tailored to each individual's learning style and goals. I simplify concepts using clear explanations, real-life examples, diagrams and regular practice to build confidence and improve understanding.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and can be tailored according to the needs of students. I offer both online and in person sessions depending on student preferences.
With a degree in healthcare field and experience of teaching in both hospital and university, I strive to create a friendly, supportive and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to ask questions and achieve their full potential.
