About Clarissa

I've been in the pastry line for 12 years now. Been through many ups and downs, made loads of mistakes and learned from it. Being able to give back knowledge I have accumulated over the course of 12 years to the younger generation is something I enjoy doing. I have been teaching part-time at a well-established institute for some time now as well.

About the lesson
