About Stepfanie

I am originally from Sabah and am currently teaching at a secondary school in Shah Alam. I am passionate about education and enjoy helping students improve their understanding and confidence in Bahasa Melayu and Pendidikan Moral. As a Bachelor of Education graduate with 4 years of teaching experience, I believe every student can succeed with proper guidance, encouragement, and engaging learning methods. I decided to become a tutor because I genuinely enjoy supporting students in achieving better academic performance while creating a comfortable and motivating learning environment.

About the lesson

I believe that every student learns differently, so my teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive, interactive, and engaging learning environment. I use a multilingual teaching method when necessary to help students understand difficult concepts more clearly, especially in Bahasa Melayu and Pendidikan Moral lessons. I also integrate technology into my classes by using digital slides, quizzes, videos, and interactive exercises to make lessons more interesting and effective.

My teaching methodology focuses on:
- Simplifying complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations
- Encouraging active participation and critical thinking
Using real-life examples and exercises to strengthen understanding
- Providing guided practice, revision techniques, and exam-focused exercises
- Adapting lessons based on each student’s learning pace and ability

Each lesson typically lasts around 1 hour, ensuring students stay focused while having enough time for explanation, practice, and discussion.

I hold a Bachelor of Education degree and have 4 years of teaching experience working with secondary school students. I am also currently pursuing a Master of Education to further improve my teaching knowledge and skills.

My lessons are suitable for students aged 13–17 years old, especially lower and upper secondary school students who want to improve their understanding, confidence, and performance in Bahasa Melayu and Pendidikan Moral.
