My lessons are basic and to the point, where you’ll learn a tool in 30 minutes that’s life altering. I’ve lived with anxiety most of my life and tried literally everything until I learned the art of changing the way I breathe. The way we naturally breathe, through the chest, ignites our fight and flight response which can trigger our anxiety. Once you learn how to breathe through your belly, activating the vagus nerve and your rest and digest mode, your nervous system and anxiety will be altered. This is an incredible start to repairing your nervous system, finding your unique rhythm to life so that you don’t have to suffer through your anxiety.
