About Saket

Hi, I'm Saket Arveti, a passionate and dedicated math tutor who loves helping students build confidence and succeed in their studies. Mathematics has always been my strongest subject, and I genuinely enjoy solving problems and explaining concepts in a way that is simple and easy to understand. I'm patient, approachable, and believe that every student can improve with the right guidance and encouragement. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their understanding, and reaching their full potential. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for exams, or aiming for top marks, I'm committed to making every lesson engaging, productive, and tailored to their individual learning style.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is centred around making learning simple, engaging, and confidence-building. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations and teaching style to suit each student's individual needs and pace. Rather than simply giving answers, I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind each concept so they can solve similar problems independently.
As mathematics is my strongest subject, I enjoy breaking down difficult topics into smaller, easy-to-understand steps. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson and provide plenty of worked examples followed by practice questions to reinforce their understanding. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to help students develop confidence and enjoy learning.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student's needs. Lessons generally begin with a review of previous topics, followed by learning new concepts, working through examples together, and finishing with independent practice and feedback.
While I am beginning my tutoring journey, I have a strong academic background in mathematics and a genuine passion for helping others learn. I am patient, approachable, and committed to ensuring every student feels supported throughout the learning process.
My lessons are ideal for primary school students and junior secondary students (Years 7–10) who want to strengthen their mathematical skills, improve their confidence, prepare for assessments, or simply receive extra support outside the classroom.
