About Ffion
I have had a deep interest in languages ever since I was a child and have been studying a number of foreign languages for many years.
My qualifications are in French, Spanish and Russian and I am also a TEFL accredited English tutor.
After being a language student for so many years, I felt confident that I understood what makes a great teacher and that the tips and tricks that I have learnt through my studies will prove very beneficial to my students.

I am all about student led sessions and want to get you speaking and interacting in Spanish as quickly as possible. After determining your personal goals and ambitions we can formulate a plan together to get you to where you want to be. I have been studying Spanish for 7 years and am currently studying a BA in French and Spanish in the UK, with 5 years of tutoring experience I feel confident that we can get some great results together. Lessons typically range from 40 minutes (for younger learners) to 1.5 hours (for those really dedicated students)

Ffion started teaching me Spanish during lockdown, and she is absolutely brilliant! Always gives lots of tips and feedback throughout the lessons, as well as helpful homework and things to practice on my own. She is so patient, enthusiastic and really knows what she’s talking about. Ffion really encourages me to practice my speaking, pronunciation and accent, even though I felt quite nervous to do this at first - but she always puts me at ease and is really encouraging. Would 100% recommend!!!
