About Charlotte
I have 6 months experience tutoring A-level Biology (OCR) weekly to multiple students and 5 months experience volunteering with SchoolsPlus, tutoring GCSE Biology and Chemistry. Less formally, I often guide the medics in the years below me on their essays, providing notes and troubleshooting when needed. I think I'm friendly and I genuinely love science and teaching and endeavour to increase enjoyment as well as grades.

I'm keen to share my enthusiasm for the sciences - particularly Biology - up to A-level. I'm also happy to provide general help on writing essays and advise on all aspects of university applications - personal statements, interviews (esp Oxbridge), admissions tests (I'm familiar with BMAT and UKCAT) and other aspects of medical school applications (eg work experience).
I like to focus on both content-learning via powerpoint and past papers to consolidate learning, as well as using diagrams and note-sheets. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic I will only be available to tutor via Zoom.
