About Victoria
I’m an experienced long-haul cabin crew professional with premium and business class experience, and I’m incredibly passionate about the travel industry.
Before becoming cabin crew, I spent over 10 years working as a travel agent, where I developed a real passion for travel sales and built a strong track record as a top seller.
Becoming cabin crew was always my dream, and I’m so proud to have turned that dream into a reality. I want to show others that it really is possible to build the career you’ve always dreamed of, and I’d love to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained along the way.
I offer friendly, practical and personalised 1-to-1 coaching for aspiring cabin crew and travel professionals. Whether you need help with applications, interviews, assessment days or developing your travel sales skills, I can help you feel confident, prepared and ready to succeed. ️

My lessons are designed for anyone looking to start or progress their career in cabin crew or travel sales. With real experience from a long-haul flight attendant, including business and premium class, I offer practical, personalised 1-to-1 coaching based on real industry experience.
Whether you’re applying for your first cabin crew role, preparing for an airline assessment day or interview, or looking to improve your travel sales skills, I can help you feel prepared and confident.
Sessions can include CV and application guidance, competency questions, mock interviews, assessment-day preparation, customer service, travel sales techniques, upselling, handling objections and closing sales.
All sessions are online, relaxed and tailored to your individual goals, experience and career ambitions. My aim is to give you the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to stand out and succeed.
