About Soo Siong
I am a father of two primary school age students. In addition to my extensive working experience in the business world, I volunteer as a Children Program leader with Bible Study Fellowship and used to serve as a Sunday School teacher for more than 20 years.
I attend CityLife Church in Knox, Victoria and I am looking for not more than 5 students, whether primary or secondary, with whom I could tutor and mentor even after the completion of my teaching degree.

I have two Primary school age daughters and my approach is one of nurturing and support, with differentiated tutoring approaches and learning activities to help students learn at their 'zone of proximal development'.
An effective tutoring duration is one that lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, so as not to push beyond the students' cognitive load.
I teach VCE Accounting, VCE Business Management, VCE Economics, Year 7-10 Economics and Business, Geography, History, and Christian Studies.
