About Mohaammed Shabeeb KK
Myself Mohammed Shabeeb Kk, basically from Mannarkkad, Palakkad, Kerala. Currently working as an assistant professor in the department of food technology at MES Kalladi College Mannarkkad. I have also cleared the UGC NET in Home Science with eligibility to become an assistant professor and admission to PhD. Completed my postgraduation in MSc Food Science and Technology from University of Calicut. The reason why I love teaching is because this is my passion and also an individual actually becomes an expert in a subject not when he pursues that but when he/she teaches. And also teaching is not just a job, moreover it’s something that frames or shapes the future professionals.

The methods of teaching which I prefer and give importance to are experiential learning and learning by doing. I also use visual teaching aids to make the classes more active and easier. It will be different from only hearing the lectures, using teaching aids like PowerPoint presentations, content videos, and also the use of generative AI certainly makes the subjects more interesting. That interest will reflect in their attitude towards learning and also at last in their grades.
