About Sabrina
Hi, I’m Sabrina! I hold an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Gannon University and currently work as an Academic Support professional, where I work directly with students and support their academic progress.
My background also includes experience as a Career Peer Mentor and Graduate Assistant at Gannon University. These roles taught me how important patience, encouragement, organization, and clear communication are when helping someone learn.
I understand that not every student learns in the same way. I am patient and approachable, and I genuinely enjoy helping students understand something that once felt difficult. I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or judged.
My academic background in business, finance, marketing, and business analytics allows me to support students across several subjects, while my professional experience working with students has strengthened my ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical way.
For me, tutoring is not only about completing an assignment or getting the right answer. It is about helping students become more confident, independent, and successful learners.

> I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to each student’s individual needs, learning style, and pace. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence.
> I begin by identifying the student’s strengths and the areas where they need additional support. From there, I break difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps and use examples, practice activities, and real-life connections to make learning easier to understand.
> With an MBA in Business Analytics and professional experience working directly with students in an academic support setting, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my lessons. I am patient, encouraging, organized, and especially focused on helping students who may feel overwhelmed or lack confidence in a subject.
> My lessons are suitable for middle and high school students who need support with math, English, homework, study skills, organization, and general academic success. I can also support college-level students with business-related subjects, presentations, assignments, and study strategies.
> Most importantly, I want my students to leave each lesson feeling more confident and capable than when they started.
