About Shantel
Hi! My name is Shantel, and I am a friendly, patient, and hardworking person who enjoys helping others learn and improve. I want to become a private tutor because I believe that learning becomes easier when students have someone who understands them and explains things in a simple and supportive way. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, encouraging others, and seeing students become more confident in their abilities. My approach to private tutoring is friendly, patient, and focused on each student’s individual needs. I believe every student learns differently, so I take time to understand their strengths and areas where they need more support. I explain lessons in simple and clear ways, encourage students to ask questions, and create a comfortable environment where they can learn without feeling afraid of making mistakes. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to build their confidence and make learning more enjoyable.
