I am a lecturer and graduate in master of sport science. Experience in teaching and coaching. Guide students to maintain body fitness in various type of sports. Also teach details about physiology of the body to get fit .

About the lesson

My teaching method is two ways communication. After each chapter/topic covered, each student will be asked to explain and elaborate on the topics. Questions also being
asked during the lecture. There will be hands on exercises for selected topics. Students will be asked to find a case study and discuss in order to apply the knowledge that they had and to enable the student to understand the situation.
Next, student will be asked to do a presentation in order to evaluate their understanding upon the topics. Management games were used during certain classes aligning to the outcomes of the courses.
