About Triton
I have over 5 years of teaching experience in English as a secondary language, Math and 1 year in STEM (I.T Program) in Viet Nam. I am confident and responsible for my teaching profession. I always aim at getting my students to be successful in learning not only in their subjects but in real-life learnings. My method of teaching: CARES C: Communication (in and outside the classroom) A: Association (learning takes part as a friendly group and later an association) R: Responsibility (always think about responsibility in learning and working) E: Environment (apply learned lessons to real-life situations in any environment.) These are my successful methods and real life application:
- Inspire students in learning the subject(s)
- Study and research carefully the course materials; design the curriculum and daily lesson plan
- Frequently review the lessons: have students practice more drills/ homework and provide them leads, hints
- Teach easy, simplified subjects, lessons in contrast to teaching hard ones first
- Persuade students to study hard and have responsibility in learning
- Universal study: like encountering with real life situation, on internet learnings ...) versus just text book learning
