About Carmen
I have more than 50 years speaking Spanish. Twenty years experience as an Operations and Project Manager in a Spanish Call Center department. My role required to translate Spanish to English customer trouble shooting requests and to report to the customer in written Spanish feedback of their requests.

I use the flipped classroom methodology to encourage the students to read and prepare for the class lesson before class so together we can create a dynamic environment where participation is encourage and questions about the topic are answered. A second methodology is based on resolving real-life cases through group analysis, brainstorming and creative ideas and a self-learning methodology. The key here is to let students explore areas of interest to them and learn about those areas on their own , receiving my guidance and support when students need it.
