About Thato

My name is Thato Tsomakae and I am interested in teaching fitness because I have always wanted to do sports science to become a professional coach, but life took its turn. Instead, I resonated to be a netballer to keep and do what I’ve always wanted to do.

About the lesson

My lessons are unique because we get to engage in class,learn from one another and be practical at all times, during exercising we need to do friendly user exercises before getting to intense activity because we need to train our minds and body that this is what we will be doing each day
