About Abhay
"Hi my name is Abhay and I have been a fitness teacher and school yoga teacher for (2) years" I want to share this knowledge because I want to change how people look at fitness. I don't just want to help you sweat; I want to help you smile, de-stress, and feel incredibly energized. Sharing this method brings me absolute happiness, and seeing my students unlock a healthier, happier version of themselves is the biggest reward I could ask for.
