I am a university student. I graduated high school with a diploma of Life Sciences. I’ve been playing basketball for 10 years now. I studied a year of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, but I’m currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at university.

My teaching methods include:
1. Visualization. It’s important to bring the actual theory and concepts into life and into the practical learning experience.
2. Interactions and Participation. Students must engage in the material and be able to answer basic questions and be able to do fun activities related to the subject to be able to ensure the right understanding of the material.
3. Content based learning. It is also important to understant the material of the course even though it is also being practically practiced as well.
