About Hilary
I received a Master’s in Training and Administration from Boston University and a Master’s in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University. I completed Life Coaching Training from the Institute for Life Coaching Training. I am a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a qualified trainer of Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and additional 360 assessments. (The designation Board Certified Coach is expected in 2018.)
Background
I bring more than 20 years’ experience with clients in a variety of corporate, educational and non-profit environments. Currently, I run my own practice as an Executive Coach and have been an associate at the Bay Area Career Center for 11 years. I am also a Fellow Coach with BetterUp.co and the Senior Leadership Development Consultant with Inside-Out Learning, Inc.
