About Matteo
I have been teaching Spanish for 9+ years and have had the opportunity to work with around 150 High School and College students. Throughout this journey, I have developed a teaching style that focuses on clear communication, patience, and continuous encouragement. I believe learning should be enjoyable, practical, and suitable for every student's ability.
My lessons are carefully planned to improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. I explain concepts using simple language and provide plenty of opportunities for students to practice. Interactive activities, role-playing, quizzes, and real-life conversations help students become active learners instead of passive listeners.
One of my teaching priorities is building confidence. I encourage students to ask questions, express themselves freely, and learn from their mistakes without fear. Regular assessments and personalised feedback help students monitor their progress and stay motivated.
Teaching around 150 students has been an important milestone in my career. Seeing learners improve their grades, communicate more confidently, and develop genuine interest in Spanish gives me great satisfaction. Their achievements inspire me to continue growing as a tutor.
I believe that with dedication, consistency, and the right guidance, anyone can learn Spanish successfully. My aim is to provide every student with a supportive learning experience that helps them achieve both academic success and personal growth.

I focus on teaching Spanish in a way that is interactive, practical, and student-centred. Accountability ensures learners set goals, track progress, and take responsibility for their learning. A Positive learning environment motivates learners, celebrates achievements, and fosters confidence. I also integrate complementary subjects such as literature, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural studies to provide practical context and application. My goal is to help students achieve fluency, confidence, and a lasting passion for Spanish.
