About Janvika
My experience with Excel began during my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, where I learned how important data management is. I was interested in how Excel can simplify complex tasks. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students understand Excel in a simple and practical way.
I believe Excel should be easy to learn when taught properly. My teaching style focuses on clear explanations and step-by-step learning. I use real-life examples to make lessons more meaningful. I also adjust my teaching based on each student’s level so they can learn comfortably.
Outside teaching, I continue learning new Excel features and tools. This helps me keep my lessons updated. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students become more confident in handling data. Helping them build a useful skill is something I truly enjoy.

Excel becomes an easy and useful tool when students learn how to organize and work with data step by step. In my lessons, I focus on teaching Excel in a clear and simple way so learners feel confident from the beginning. We start with basic skills such as entering data, formatting cells, and understanding simple formulas. I explain each concept with practical examples so students can see how Excel is used in everyday tasks. This helps them build comfort and interest in learning.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced features such as functions, sorting, filtering, and charts. I also teach pivot tables and basic data analysis techniques that help students work more efficiently. Every lesson includes practice exercises where learners apply what they have learned. I guide them through mistakes and help them understand how to correct errors. This steady approach helps students improve their skills without feeling stressed.
Excel lessons also improve organization and logical thinking. Students learn how to handle information clearly and present it in a structured way. Over time, they become more confident in using Excel independently. My goal is to help learners develop strong and practical Excel skills that are useful in both studies and work.
