About Shobha
I hold a B.Sc in Information Systems, where I developed strong skills in data management, system logic, and analytical reporting. Over 13 years of teaching, I have worked with learners who initially felt overwhelmed by spreadsheets and helped them build clarity and confidence through structured, patient instruction. My teaching approach focuses on understanding individual goals and adapting lessons accordingly. I believe that true confidence comes from understanding processes deeply rather than memorizing steps. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and explore tools without fear of mistakes. Outside teaching, I continue refining my Excel expertise through real-world data projects and system optimization work. Teaching Excel is rewarding to me because I see learners gain independence and confidence as they learn to organize, analyze, and present information clearly and effectively.

I guide learners through spreadsheet fundamentals, functions, charts, pivot tables, and reporting tools with a strong emphasis on real-world application.
Beginners start with layout design, basic formulas, and data clarity. Intermediate learners develop confidence with conditional logic, lookup functions, pivot analysis, and visual reporting. Advanced learners focus on efficiency strategies, complex data models, validation techniques, and workflow optimization.
