About Nirja
Since a young age, I've always been passionate about mathematics, thriving in the subject and sometimes impressing my teachers or peers. I've always been inspired by my family, specifically my older brother, who has always excelled in the subject and helped tutor others in high school. Similarly, I want to inspire other students' minds, using my knowledge of the following topics: algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus to assist anyone struggling with mathematics. I've had minor experience helping peers and younger kids with numerous mathematical topics, mainly focusing on Algebra or Pre-Calculus topics. After each lesson or explanation, my tutee finds that they have a better understanding and feel confident about how to tackle problems that relate to the topic we've worked to reinforce.

My teaching is adaptive with my student's needs; they will shape whether I approach with a very visual-based lesson, or more hands on. Everything is based on the student as their understanding of the topics is most important in each lesson. My main focus to provide my knowledge and excellence on this subject to help young minds in need, giving them the confidence and skill to strive as they continue their education. Our lessons will target reinforcing mathematic topics (prior to and including Calculus AB) that students find themselves struggling in and seek assistance to understand.
