About Subu
I had never been a high achieving student and struggled a lot in my mocks but after receiving the patient and encouraging support of my tutor, I was able to excel in my GCSEs. I would love to be able to guide a student and help them improve as it would be incredibly rewarding. I was in that tough position not long ago and I hope to be able to be part of the reason why a student is able to smile on results day.

GCSEs can be daunting especially essay based ones which often require you to practice and demonstrate your ability to use literary techniques making it very different to other subjects which involve a lot of memorisation. However, if you are seeking out tutoring you are already doing more than 90% of students and that’s a good sign!
I can offer feedback as well as tips on how I went from a 5 in my mocks to achieving an 8 and the advice I can give you has proven to work for me, allowing me to achieve an A* in sociology. I can provide tutoring (ks1-GCSE) for English, History, Geography, RE, Sociology or Business (all of which I achieved a 9 in) for £8hr.
