I am a retired pastor who has years experience working with people of all ages...4 through 103. I have substitute taught in the public school system in reading, writing, and ESL along with several additional subjects. I am state certified as a substitute teacher.

My approach to teaching is following partially the lead of the student...what do they need and then determining what might be the best approach for them. If they need work on language skills, we start there. If they need comprehension work, then that is our focus. I encourage and do have demands that a student needs to meet.
