I treat each an every student equally and try to work at the ground level. At first, i pay more attention at the basics rather than going at pro level. I try to figure out the root cause of the problem i.e. why the student is not actually getting the concept? Once i get an idea about the actual cause, i try to eliminate it and help my students to improve gradually.
