About Claire

Teaching has always been a passion for me! Although my teaching experience has been non-traditional, don't let this distract you from the fact that I have completed a bachelor's degree and have succeeded academically. I fully understand the importance of meeting certain academic requirements and ensuring that curriculum learning goals are met.

About the lesson

I have several years of experience converting complex topics into a more digestible and engaging form. As a visual learner myself, I see the value in making learning more engaging and experiential with the use of visual aids and "learning-by-doing" activities. My goal as a tutor is to make learning fun and to provide learners with a toolkit of skills that gives them confidence in their abilities. The structure of my lessons would likely suit elementary/ younger audiences or students who have difficulty learning in traditional environments.
