Environmental engineer and Urban Planner with over nine years of experience in land management, sustainable development, and environmental studies. Highly competent in leading interdisciplinary groups in the development of Environmental, Social, and Governance frameworks and studies for infrastructure projects and land-use policies aiming to generate urban resilience by adapting cities to climate change. With broad experience managed projects internationally, ensuring financial and technical feasibility as well as evaluating environmental regulatory compliance, and developing participatory and community engagement processes. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills allowing me to develop effective relationships with municipalities, community stakeholders, regulatory bodies, commissions, local governments, contractors, property owners, fellow workers, and the general public.
