About Patrick
Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water Management (UK). He has over 40 years of experience of working on EU funded PHARE, EBRD, ADB and TACIS projects in Central and Easter Europe (Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Romania, Jordan, Azerbaijan and Macedonia), UNDP and World Bank projects in Mexico and Indonesia, as a project team leader and lead consultant.
He holds a B.Sc degree in biological chemistry, an M.Sc in environmental chemistry, both from the National University of Ireland and an M.Phil in materials science from the University of Ulster
He has over 40 years of training experience and has spoken at various international environmental conferences regarding environmental pollution control and chemical hazards management
