I start my tutoring sessions by assessing the student's level and make a plan with them. We set a list of objectives and a suitable timeframe. Each session starts with a thorough explanation, followed by practice questions to assess the student's understanding. I also give out practice questions for the student to work at home after the session, and we go through it together at the beginning of the next session. Each student has it's own studying plan, so everything is adjustable to what suits the student best.
