As a tutor, my teaching methodology revolves around engaging and interactive sessions that foster a deeper understanding of STEM subjects. I teach students at a variety of education levels (elementary-high school), therefore I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style and pace, ensuring comprehension and retention.
I can help with studying for tests, writing reports or essays, preparing presentations and practicing oral presentation skills. I utilize visual aids, interactive exercises, and problem-solving activities to reinforce learning and encourage active participation.
My background is in Environmental Studies, as I am completing my BES (Bachelor of Environmental Studies), and majoring in Environment, Resources and Sustainability. My studies are similarly applicable to lower education subjects in the sciences, although as a student myself, I am actively exercising writing, reading, and math skills, which I feel confident in teaching as well. My education provides me with a multidisciplinary perspective on STEM subjects.
I prefer my lessons to be remote. Whether preparing for exams, aiming to improve grades, or simply looking to deepen their understanding, I welcome students from diverse backgrounds and abilities, adapting my teaching to meet their individual needs and goals.
