About Eugenio

I have been teaching business Spanish for the last ten years. I also teach business English, which is what I have been doing for the last 20 years, starting in San Francisco CA, and subsequently in Spain, France, Thailand, Mexico, Colombia. My classes are not your typical language lessons, but rather completely focused on specific business needs, such as presentations, interviews, effective communication, sales, marketing, closing deals, negotiating, customer service, management, leadership, teambuilding, direct marketing etc.

I have lived ten years in England (Bournemouth) plus ten years in the Bay Area (California), plus 25 years in Spain plus Latin America (mainly Colombia and Mexico)

I have owned and operated several businesses, mainly in tourism, real estate, property management, logistics and education, in the U.S. and in Latin America. I specialize in sales and marketing, so if you're looking to sharpen your selling skills, (direct) marketing skills, management skills etc in Spanish: I'm your man!

Spanish is my native language as I was brought up in Spain and in Mexico but I do speak English as well as I have lived and studied in both the U.K. as well as in the U.S.

About the lesson

My teaching methodologies are many, such as the direct method, several pedagogical methods, the communicative approach, immersion, grammar exercises, reading, reading comprehension, conversational etc. First I do an analysis and, evaluation, to identify your current level plus your wants and needs, your objectives, your requirements, interests, your learning style etc, and then we'll design a plan together so you'll be speaking and understanding Spanish in no time
