About Bridget
I am an Enthusiastic young individual , who through lockdown decided to complete a teaching qualification so i could move into the education sector further. Before Covid-19 i was an Exams officer and Invigilator at a Training College, teaching up-to 35 people on a 44 week course programme. I have a passion for teaching and love to see others confidence grow as they learn to understand things better as we go through a lesson. I am a patient person, i go at the students pace and design my lesson round them.

My lessons are typically an hour in length, however if needed could be extended. I teach my lessons online through a webcam so the student can see me, however once again, if around my area, i am flexible to teach in person when required as and when. I personalise my schemes of work to my individual learner and adapt to their learning needs. Prior to completing a lesson with a student, i will ask how they work best, the areas they may be struggling or what is an easier method of teaching for them. I like my students to feel comfortable when in lesson, interacted and alert. I have experience teaching people from the age of 4 to GCSE UK level. I completed my GCSE English and A-Level English successfully. In lockdown i decided to complete a teaching qualification from home as I love teaching and passing on my knowledge to help others.
