I would personalise my teaching method based on the pupil(s) that I would be teaching and the subject. Some people prefer visuals whereas others may be more logical and hence need a more in depth explanation of why a certain rule or equation is the way it is.
I thoroughly encourage participation because that's the best way to learn.
I am a renewable energy engineer with a Masters degree (MEng).
I graduated in June 2018 and have been working as a design engineer, energy engineer and project manager since.
