My teaching method is more traditional, I take my time to study the students and treat as unique. This way, I know how to nurture the student, to get the best of the tutorial.
I love to give home works and class exercise, so that I can know how the students understand the lesson, and I grade accordingly, or help channel where the students don't get it.
With my analytical and logical skills, I treat students uniquely, even in a large class, as I take time to see beyond the box.
